For Horse Sales:
AVAILABILITY/PRICING
Prices and availability are subject to change at any time and depend on age, training and mares show records. A non-refundable $300 deposit must be received before a horse is considered sold, unless other agreements are made. Only a deposit will hold horse not an inquiry on a horse. If you are serious about buying the horse then a deposit must made or the horse must paid for in full.
PREPURCHASE VETERINARY EXAMS
We encourage all buyers to have a pre-purchase veterinary exam performed prior to purchase. This is completely at the buyer's discretion, however. If buyer would like a pre-purchase exam, simply select the veterinarian of their choice, and make payment arrangements directly to vet clinic. If radiographs are requested, the buyer must make arrangements with the veterinarian of their choice to come out to the barn to perform the exam. Please contact the veterinary office directly for pricing as it varies according to the tests you would like performed.
H & H Stable will not be responsible for hulling the horse to the vet for the exams all the exams will need to be done on the property due to the fact H & H Stables is full training stables and they sell hay so they may not have the time to hull the horse to the vet for a repurchase exam. The horse will not leave the property unless they are paid full.
PAYMENT METHODS
Checks must clear the bank before the horse leaves the property. If the final payment is made by a band draft it must be made within 14 days of pickup in order for the check to clear the back. If the final payment is made in cash or certified check then the payment can be made the same as the owner picks up the horse. Wiring money directly to through a wire service such as Wa-Mart offers, is also acceptable. All payments due, including applicable board, must be paid in full before the horse leaves the property. All payments must be made payable to either Joseph L Haus SR or Theresa Haus. Final payment of the horse is due upon originally scheduled pick up date.

TRAINING FEES
A owner is required to pay a months board in advance of $100 week due day of every week. The owner is allowed to remove the horse from training at any time as long as all fees are paid in full. Failure to pay the training bill on time with be a breach in the contract and all training will stop and the owner will asked to pick the horse at then end of them. FORFEITURE OF MONIES PAID
In the event that buyer cannot be reached or will not respond to make further boarding/payment arrangements the deposit will be considered forfeited after 45 days from original scheduled date of pickup and the horse will be resold. Deposits will be refunded if the horse fails a veterinary check for soundness.
HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Seller will provide the first health certificate on the animal being sold if it is going out of state. Should it expire due to delays in pick up, subsequent health certificates will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be paid directly the veterinary's office.
